A walkthrough of the free site visit that happens before any quote — what we check, and why.
Before we send a quote, someone from our team visits your roof in person — not to sell you anything, but to confirm the numbers a phone call can’t.
What we check
- Roof orientation and any shading from trees or neighboring buildings
- Structural condition of the roof and mounting points
- Distance from the meter box to the proposed inverter location
Why it matters
A rough online estimate can be off by 20% or more once real shading and roof angle are accounted for — the site survey is what turns an estimate into a number we’ll actually stand behind.
