When you use the quote request form, WhatsApp us, or call us, we collect what you choose to share: typically your name, phone number, town/city, approximate monthly electricity bill, and any message you add. We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to prepare a quote and follow up with you.

If you go ahead with an installation, we also collect the details needed for subsidy registration, DISCOM approval, and net-metering paperwork. This is handled as part of the installation process, not a separate data-collection step.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a site survey and quote, coordinate installation, and, where applicable, submit subsidy and net-metering paperwork on your behalf with the relevant government portal and DISCOM.

We may also use your phone number or email to follow up on an enquiry or share updates about your installation. We don't use your information for anything beyond what you'd reasonably expect from a company you've asked to quote or install solar for you.

We share your information only where necessary to deliver the service you've requested: for example, with the DISCOM and the PM Surya Ghar subsidy portal when handling paperwork on your behalf, or with our installation team and financing partners (such as Bajaj Finance or a government bank) if you opt for EMI financing.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't share it for marketing purposes without your consent.

We retain enquiry and customer information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfil warranty and AMC obligations, and meet any legal or regulatory record-keeping requirements, typically for the lifetime of your system's warranty period, after which it's retained only as required by law.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligations (such as subsidy or warranty records) that require us to keep certain information. Reach out using the contact details below and we'll respond promptly.
