Lakshmi Textiles runs a busy showroom floor in Guntur, open seven days a week — which meant any installation had to happen without shutting the doors.
The challenge
Peak footfall hours overlapped almost exactly with peak sun hours, so the roof needed a system sized for the store’s actual daytime draw, not just its total monthly usage.
The result
A 25 kW array, installed over three days in staged sections so the shop floor below was never fully without power. Daytime grid draw fell by close to 90%.
